| 7. Work out 3D mould project according to the customer and Tianyi standard. |
| 8. Send 3D drawing for customer modification and cinfirmation. |

| 10. Mould base and standard components purchasing |
| 11. Machining begin and send to the customer the tooling & proessing schedule. |
| 12. Update the tooling & processing schedule weekly,report to customer by photos. |
| 13. Machining procedure checking |
| 14. Parting and die spotting |
| 15. Mould 1st testing (2nd testing if necessary ) check the product dimension and take down the mould testing report. |
| 16. Sending the testing sample to customer for inprovements or confirmation. |
| 17. Delivery the qualified mould (including mould operation instruction, 2D project drawing,spare part list,and mould quality certificate etc.) |
| 18. Filed customers opinion and related information. |
